The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) has published the latest edition of “Ombudsman News” (Issue 122), which focuses on:
- the types of complaints where the festive period or winter is a factor, such as buildings insurance claims due to poor weather, or wrongly chasing a customer for a debt over the Christmas period; and
- highlights and responds to some of the feedback and questions raised by complaints handlers at financial businesses over the past six months.
