14 years ago Jonathan Duff made history by becoming the first solicitor to go to jail for failing to report suspicious transactions.

Jonathan Duff was a successful practising solicitor with a thriving law firm in Chester.  An ambitious and driven Lancashire lad, he worked hard to build up the firm, which he founded in 1991, and by 1998 had three salaried partners, a national conveyancing presence and a busy litigation practice.
