JFSC – The Commission

Following the recent publication of the JFSC’s amended Outsourcing Policy (click here for more information) a small number of consequential changes have been made to the Codes of Practice for:

• Fund Services Business
• General Insurance Mediation Business
• Investment Business
• Trust Company Business
• Deposit-taking Business
• Insurance Business
• Certified Funds

The paragraphs in each Code that have been amended can be identified by a relevant footnote.

The Codes of Practice can be viewed here.

The Listed Fund Guide (Schedule 3 to the Code of Practice for Certified Funds) has been amended to include the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (Official Market) in Appendix 1 (“Recognised Stock Exchanges or Markets”).
