The European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) has published its final report on the discussion paper on conflicts of interest in direct and intermediated sales of insurance-based products

The report summarises the written contributions and comments made during the public hearing of EIOPA. EIOPA’s consultation paper  was based upon these responses.
