The JFSC has prepared and issued UPDATED Codes of Practice THAT will come into effect on 21 March 2018.

1. Revised versions of several of the Codes of Practice will come into effect on 21 March 2018 as shown below.

In conjunction with the update, the JFSC has issued an “at glance tables” of Principle 6 notifications

3. Principle 6 to a number of the Codes of Practice establishes general and specific notifications which must be made to the Commission.
4. To assist any persons required to comply with more than one Code of Practice the Commission has provided “at glance tables” of the Principle 6 notifications.
