he Money Laundering (Amendment No. 6) (Jersey) Order 2013 (“MLO Amendment 6”) came into force on Wednesday 18 December, 2013 and the Jersey Financial Services Commission is now working on making
consequential amendments to the AML/CFT Handbooks.
A series of training workshops will be held in the Lower Hall at St Paul’s Centre on Thursday 6 February, 2014.
These sessions will be used to run through changes made by MLO Amendment 6, changes that are proposed to the AML/CFT Handbooks, and will consider MONEYVAL’s activities in 2014 and beyond.
Copies of slides used during these sessions will be made available on the Commission’s Website after the event.
Space will be limited and places allocated on a first come, first served basis.
The maximum number that can be accommodated in each session is limited to fifty people.
