The Jersey Financial Services Commission has published their trust company business fees Notice.  THIS NOTICE IS published in accordance with Article 15 of the Financial Services Commission (Jersey) Law 1998 as amended Articles 8(3) and 9(6) of the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998 as amended.  The fees set out in this notice and the attached schedule is effective from 1 January 2010.
